TERMS OF USE

Everyday wellbeing, thoughtfully supported.

Omnia helps organize nutrition, routines and plans. These terms explain the service, its limits and how to contact the company behind it.

This website currently presents a pre-release product. It does not offer an app download, checkout or subscription.

01

Who provides Omnia

These terms apply to the OmniaTech website and Omnia services provided by OMNIA TECHNOLOGIES P.C. “We” and “us” mean that company. By using a service you agree to the terms applicable to that service, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Your personal information is addressed separately in our Privacy Policy.

02

The service and its availability

Omnia is designed for general wellbeing and personal organization. Features, supported devices and availability may change during development. The website’s interactive tour uses fictional records; it is not a live app account and does not save a personal diary between visits.

Online features depend on internet access and third-party services. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or a particular outcome from using a pre-release feature. We will not treat a proposed feature as a service you have already purchased.

03

Wellbeing and AI limitations

Omnia does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease and does not provide professional medical advice. It is not an emergency service. Consult a qualified professional about health conditions, dietary needs or treatment decisions.

AI-generated nutrition figures, summaries and suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review and correct them. Do not rely on them to determine whether food is safe for an allergy, adjust medication or make another high-stakes health decision.

04

Responsible use

Use the service lawfully and only submit material you have the right to use. Avoid sending another person’s private information or unrelated personal details. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service or interfere with other people’s use.

Keep your device secure and retain your own exports where needed. The current pre-release app does not provide an Omnia account backup or guaranteed data recovery.

Age restrictions depend on the feature and applicable service rules. The pre-release app’s age flow is not an assurance that third-party AI services are available to minors. Do not submit children’s health information to its AI features.

05

App licence and ownership

You retain rights in the content you provide. We process it only as needed for the service described in the Privacy Policy. OmniaTech’s branding, software and original website materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

For an Omnia app distributed through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a separate valid custom licence is supplied with that release. These service terms do not replace Apple’s licence terms.

06

Purchases, trials and cancellation

No paid plan or free trial is sold through this website. If paid App Store features become available, the purchase screen must show the current price, billing period, any trial conditions and renewal terms before you confirm.

Apple handles App Store billing. Where auto-renewal applies, you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled through Apple’s purchase-support process, subject to applicable consumer law. We do not promise a particular trial length or subscription price here.

07

Stopping use and changes

You may stop using Omnia at any time. See Data & Deletion before removing the app if you want to keep a copy of your records.

We may restrict misuse that threatens security or violates these terms, and may update the service and terms. We will identify updated terms by date and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes will not remove rights you already have under mandatory law.

08

Consumer rights and applicable law

These terms do not exclude or limit liability or statutory rights where doing so would be unlawful. In particular, mandatory consumer protections, remedies for non-conforming digital services and rights available in your country remain applicable. Describing AI limits does not remove those rights.

Greek law applies subject to the mandatory protections and court rights available to consumers in their country of residence. Nothing here requires a consumer to bring a claim exclusively in Greece where applicable law provides otherwise.
