Export your records, manage permissions or ask us to help with a privacy request.
No online account to close.
The current pre-release Omnia app stores records locally and does not create an online Omnia account. Here is how to manage those records and any information you send to us.
Keep a copy first
In Omnia, open Settings → Export data. The current app provides a JSON export of supported record collections and a CSV export of the nutrition log. Save the export somewhere you control before deleting the app. Treat it as sensitive information.
These exports do not mean that every setting or external copy is included, and an import or restore feature is not promised.
Remove information from your device
Use the delete controls for individual records where available, such as meals, weight entries, habits and tasks. To remove the app’s local container, use iPhone Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Omnia → Delete App. Choosing Offload App retains its documents and data.
Removing the app does not erase an export you saved, an image in Photos, an event written to Calendar, or a device backup. Manage those separately in the relevant app or Apple settings. Restoring a backup may restore earlier records.
Manage access and diagnostics
Review camera, microphone, speech recognition, calendar and notification access in iPhone Settings. Revoking permission stops access governed by that permission; it does not erase information already processed.
For crash reports, open Omnia Settings → Diagnostics and use its clear-reports control. Share a report only after reviewing it for personal information.
The current pre-release app can create online weekly insights automatically. Revoking camera access alone will not stop that processing. Until the release provides a dedicated AI consent and withdrawal control, stop using the pre-release app if you do not want those online requests and contact us for help.
Request access, correction or deletion
Email info@omniatech.app with the subject “Omnia privacy request”. Include the type of request, your preferred reply address and enough context to find any support message or online interaction concerned, such as an approximate date and app version.
Do not attach your full diary or an identity document to the first message. We may ask for limited additional information where reasonably necessary to verify a request.
We can handle information held by us and coordinate with applicable service providers. We cannot remotely erase records that exist only on your device. We will explain what was deleted, any legal exception and any further steps needed. GDPR requests are normally handled within one month, subject to lawful extensions.

No online account is created by the current pre-release app. If a later version introduces account creation, its deletion process and this page must be updated. This contact page is not a replacement for an in-app account-deletion option where one is required.
If you later purchase an App Store subscription, deleting an app or its data does not cancel the subscription. Manage any active subscription in your Apple Account settings.
